Additional value/ Unique Elements

• The main architectural elements of the buildings are made using local materials.
• The architectural concept reflects the Omani mountain and oasis landscape narratives, in the articulation of the building masses and openings and especially in the treatment of the interior atrium space, expressed in a high tech contemporary language and materials, while using natural Omani stone for the cladding of external and internal walls.
