The consulting services, PMC, cover the entire lifecycle of the project, starting with early-stage organizational readiness and delivery strategy through managing the tactical execution of projects. He delivers strong and sustained contributions to revenue, profitability, value and efficiency spanning diverse consumer-facing industries.
